Exceptions List means all errors, defects and issues related to the Products and/or Services which result from the Supplier’s failure to adhere to the Specification which may be identified by RTÉ during the Warranty Period and without prejudice to RTÉ’s other rights under these Conditions.

  • Once the Seller has cured all Uncured Document Exceptions for any Mortgage Loan or the Mortgage Loan has paid in full, the Purchaser shall pay to the Seller the amount of any Holdback Funds then held by the Purchaser with respect to the cured or paid in full Mortgage Loans on a pro-rata basis within one (1) Business Day of providing the Seller with an Exceptions List.
