The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Exchange Offer to be Consummated within 30 Business Days (or longer if required by applicable securities laws) of the Exchange Offer Effectiveness Target Date.
The Issuer and the Guarantors shall commence the Exchange Offer promptly after the Exchange Offer Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC and use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the Exchange Offer not later than 30 Business Days after the Exchange Offer Effectiveness Target Date.
