Exchangeable Class definition

Exchangeable Class or “Exchangeable Certificate”: The Class 1-A-3, Class 1-A-4, Class 1-A-5, Class 1-A-6, Class 3-A-1, Class 3-A-6, Class 3-A-7, Class 3-A-8, Class 3-A-9, Class 3-A-10, Class 3-A-11, Class 3-A-12, Class 3-A-13, Class 3-A-14, Class 3-A-15, Class 3-A-16, Class 3-A-17, Class 3-A-18, Class 3-A-19, Class 3-A-20, Class 3-A-21, Class 3-A-22 and Class 3-A-23 Certificates.
Exchangeable Class. The Classes designated as such in the Schedule.
Exchangeable Class or “Exchangeable Certificate” means any or all of the Class 1-A-1M, Class 1-A-1S, Class 4-A-1M and Class 4-A-1S Certificates.

Examples of Exchangeable Class in a sentence

  • The Certificates authorized by this Agreement shall consist of each Exchange Class and Exchangeable Class having the characteristics specified or determined as provided in Appendix A and the Underlying Trust Agreement, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall consist of each Exchangeable Class and certificated Exchangeable REMIC Class having the characteristics specified or determined as described in Appendix A, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Realized Loss Allocation Amount for each Exchange and Exchangeable Class shall be applied to such Class in reduction of the balances thereof.

  • All distributions of such Exchangeable Class Distribution Amount that are made with respect to a particular Class shall be made pro rata among all Certificates of such Class in proportion to their respective Class Certificate Balances, with no preference or priority of any kind.

  • Each Exchange Class or Exchangeable Class represents a beneficial interest in a grantor trust created under the Exchange Trust Agreement holding the related Underlying REMIC Certificates.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall withdraw from the Exchangeable Certificate Grantor Trust Account the Exchangeable Class Distribution Amount for each related Class and shall make the appropriate distributions to the Certificateholders of each such Class.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall withdraw from the Exchangeable Certificate Grantor Trust Account the Exchangeable Class Distribution Amount for each related Class and shall cause the Trustee to make the appropriate distributions to the Certificateholders of each such Class.

  • In addition, any Realized Loss (including any Excess Loss) allocated to an Exchange Class shall be proportionately allocated to the related Exchangeable Class or Classes.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trust Administrator shall allocate the Exchangeable Class Interest Distribution Amount for each Class of Exchangeable Certificates and Exchangeable REMIC Certificates entitled to interest and shall make the appropriate distributions to the Holders of each such Class.

  • Any principal portion of Realized Losses allocated to a Class of Super Senior Support Certificates in an Exchangeable REMIC Combination in accordance with the second preceding paragraph will be further allocated between such Class and the Related Exchangeable Class.

Related to Exchangeable Class

  • Exchangeable Certificates The Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates.

  • Exchangeable Notes The Class M-2A and Class M-2B Notes.

  • Exchangeable Stock means any Capital Stock of a corporation that is exchangeable or convertible into another security (other than Capital Stock of such corporation that is neither Exchangeable Stock or Redeemable Stock).

  • Exchangeable Securities means any securities of any trust, limited partnership or corporation other than the Trust that are convertible or exchangeable directly for Units without the payment of additional consideration therefore;

  • Exchangeable Shares means the Exchangeable Shares of the Corporation having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein.
