Trade Accounts Payable means accounts payable or other obligations of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary to trade creditors created or assumed by the Company or such Restricted Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business in connection with the obtaining of goods or services.
Accounts Payable means all trade and other accounts payable, including accrued expenses, owed by the Company.
Excluded Accounts means deposit or securities accounts that are designated solely as accounts for, and are used solely for, payroll funding, employee compensation, employee benefits or taxes, in each case in the ordinary course of business.
Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any ▇▇▇▇▇ Cash Accounts.
Accounts Receivable has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
