Exclusion Lists means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and state Medicaid program exclusion lists that are publicly available.
