Executing Entities definition

Executing Entities means the executing entities in charge of the carrying out of the State Project, as such term is hereinafter defined;
Executing Entities means collectively, inter alia: CVP, DABS, DAMA, FOPAE/DPAE, SDS, with FFDS acting as its fiduciary agent, SED, SG and SHD, and “Executing Entity” in the singular means any one among them;
Executing Entities means organizations that execute eligible activities supported by the GCF under the oversight of accredited Implementing or Funding Entities.14

Examples of Executing Entities in a sentence

  • In order to assist the State and the Executing Entities in carrying out the Project, the State shall employ and cause the Executing Entities to employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Bank.

  • If the Accredited Entity is not the Executing Entity, the Accredited Entity shall make available to the Fund, in accordance with its policies and procedures, copies of all financial statements and annual audited reports of the Funded Activity received by the Accredited Entity from Executing Entities pursuant to the relevant Subsidiary Agreement, which shall not be later than six (6) months after the end of the Executing Entity’s fiscal year.

  • The Accredited Entity shall make available to the Fund, in accordance with its Policy on Access to Information, copies of all audited financial statements of the Funded Activity received by the Accredited Entity from Executing Entities pursuant to the relevant Subsidiary Agreement, promptly after its receipt of such copies.

  • Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods and works required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan and the employment of consultants to assist the State and the Executing Entities in carrying out the Project shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • In the case of acquisitions, loans or mortgage purchases that occurred prior to the execution of the Agreement, such disclosure shall be made within ten days after execution of the Agreement.

  • In order to assist the Borrower and the Executing Entities in the carrying out of the Project, the Borrower and the Executing Entities shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Bank.

  • The Additional Event of Acceleration consists of the following: The event specified in Section 4.01 of this Agreement occurs for all Executing Entities and is continuing for a period of 60 days after notice of the event for the last of the affected Executing Entities has been given by the Bank to the Borrower.

  • Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, procurement of the goods and works required for the State Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan and the employment of consultants to assist the State and the Executing Entities in carrying out the State Project shall be governed by the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

  • Operating Entity means an entity that operates and controls a portion of the bulk transmission system with the goal of ensuring reliable energy interchange between generators, loads, and other operating entities.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants.

  • Contributing Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.02.
