Execution of Amendment. All other terms and conditions contained in the Base Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect except for those amended by this Amendment. Related to Execution of Amendment

  • Amendment means a written agreement, signed by the Parties, which documents changes to the Contract other than those permitted by Work Orders.

  • Articles means these articles of association of the Company.

  • District shall hereafter refer to districts that have signed the Agreement for the 2022-23 Program year and agree to be financially responsible as a Cooperative member for the Program costs.

  • Attachment means documents, terms, conditions, or information added to this Contract following the Signature Document or included by reference and made a part of this Contract.

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
