Exercise Amount definition
Exercise Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Exercise Amount means for any number of Warrant Shares as to which this Warrant is being exercised the product of (i) such number of Warrant Shares times (ii) the Exercise Price.
Exercise Amount means the amount payable by the holder as a condition to the exercise of one Right. Until and unless it shall be adjusted in accordance with this Agreement, the Exercise Amount shall be $200.

Exercise Amount. The meaning set forth in Section 3.7(d) hereof.
Exercise Amount means, with respect to the relevant Option Securities that are the same financial instrument and are subject to this Agreement as of any Dealing Day, an amount in the Base Currency equal to (i) the Aggregate Designation Amount plus (ii) an amount equal to four percent (4%) per annum of the Aggregate Designation Amount calculated (a) on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days involved, and (b) for each day from the Agreement Date up to and including the relevant Option Closing Date.
Exercise Amount means, in the case of Securities for which Physical Settlement applies, the amount payable by the intended recipient of the Reference Assets upon exercise of such Securities, as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
Exercise Amount means the portion of the Prepaid Amount of this Warrant being exercised and any Exercise Default Payments payable with respect thereto, each as specified in the notice of exercise in the form attached hereto (the "NOTICE OF EXERCISE").
Exercise Amount means 260,000 shares (adjusted as necessary in accordance with Section 7).
