Existing Class definition
Existing Class means any Existing Term Loan Class and any Existing Revolving Credit Class.
Existing Class means Existing Term Loan Classes and each Class of Existing Revolving Credit Commitments.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, but except as provided in Section 2.09, the Borrower may not prepay Extended Loans of any Extension Series unless such prepayment is accompanied by a pro rata repayment of Existing Loans of the Specified Existing Commitment Class of the Existing Class from which such Extended Loans and Extended Commitments were converted (or such Loans and Commitments of the Existing Class have otherwise been repaid and terminated in full).
No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Loans or Commitments of any Existing Class converted into Extended Loans or Extended Commitments pursuant to any Extension Request.
