More Definitions of Existing Commitment

Existing Commitment means the Commitment (as such term is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) of an Existing Lender under and pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Commitment means, with respect to a Class of Commitments, the Commitments of such Class at the time a Loan Extension Request is made.

With respect to (A) each Series of Warehouse Notes (i) prior to its Conversion Date, the aggregate Initial Commitment to issue Notes, consisting of one or more classes, expressed as a dollar amount, as set forth in the related Supplement and subject to reduction from time to time in accordance with the related Supplement, and (ii) after its Conversion Date, the then unpaid principal balance of the Notes of such Series, and (B) each Series of Term Notes, the then unpaid principal balance of the Notes of such Series.

Existing Commitment of any Lender means the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name as its “Existing Commitment” on Schedule 1.1A hereto, as such amounts may be modified as a result of an assignment hereunder, or as a result of a reduction pursuant to Section 2.3.

Existing Commitment has the meaning set forth in Section 8.15(b).
