The principal terms of the New Framework Agreement are substantially the same as the Existing Framework Agreement.
Upon the effective date of the New Framework Agreement (i.e. on 30 January 2024), the Existing Framework Agreement will be terminated and the New Framework Agreement will replace and supersede the Existing Framework Agreement.
