Existing pool definition

Existing pool means a pool operating with a license first issued by the department or its agent
Existing pool. – means a swimming pool whose construction had commenced prior to 1 August 1990.
Existing pool means a pool operating with a license first issued by the department or its agent on or before June 30, 2023.

  • Wading pool means a shallow pool, with sides 15 inches or less in height, capable of being dumped to change water and used primarily for small children.
