Existing Programs definition

Existing Programs means the Benefitfocus enterprise Programs currently in use by Aetna and licensed under Schedules 1, 5, and 6,
Existing Programs means all Programs being produced by Univision as set forth on Schedule 1 hereto.
Existing Programs means (i) the receivables securitization facility established pursuant to the receivables sale agreement dated as of December 17, 2003, as amended, among Equistar, as seller, Equistar Receivables II, LLC as buyer, and Equistar, as buyers servicer, and the Receivables Purchase Agreement dated as of December 17, 2003, as amended, among Equistar Receivables II, LLC and the purchasers and agents party thereto and (ii) the receivables securitization facility established pursuant to the receivables sale agreement dated as of December 17, 2003, as amended, among Lyondell as seller, Lyondell Funding II, LLC as buyer, and Lyondell, as the buyers servicer, and the Receivables Purchase Agreement dated as of December 17, 2003, as amended, among Lyondell Funding II, LLC and the purchasers and agents party thereto.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Seller and its Subsidiaries (including the Excluded Subsidiaries) may continue to *** Seller Existing Programs in a Company Forecasted Program as long as the Seller or Seller Subsidiary: (A) has been *** for such Seller Existing Program for the Company Forecasted Program as of the date of this Agreement or (B) the Seller or the Seller Subsidiary has *** for such Seller Existing Program to *** the Company Forecasted Program.

  • The funds allocated under clause 5.17 shall be used as a Contribution by Canada for Existing Programs listed in Annex D that have been specified as risk management programs for the purposes of clause 6 of the Framework Agreement.


More Definitions of Existing Programs

Existing Programs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b)(i).

Related to Existing Programs

  • Existing Project means a project declared under commercial operation prior to the date of effectiveness of these Regulations;
