Existing Security Instruments definition

Existing Security Instruments has the meaning given to the termSecurity Instruments” in the Existing Credit Agreement.
Existing Security Instruments means the Security Instruments, as such term is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement, in existence on the Closing Date immediately prior to the Assignment.
Existing Security Instruments means the Security Instruments, as such term is defined in the Prior Agreement, as such instruments have been or may be amended, restated, or supplemented from time to time.
