Existing Security Interests definition

Existing Security Interests shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 hereto.
Existing Security Interests means Security Interests existing on the Closing Date that are not expressly required to be discharged as a condition precedent to the obligations of the Underwriter pursuant to the Bond Purchase Agreement.

  • At the Date of the Signature, there do not exist any endorsements or securities allocated by the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries other than the already Existing Security Interests.

More Definitions of Existing Security Interests

Existing Security Interests means any Security Interests created to secure the Existing Indebtedness;
