Existing Service Contracts definition

Existing Service Contracts means the service contracts, maintenance agreements, brokerage agreements and other agreements affecting the Property and set forth in Exhibit C annexed hereto.
Existing Service Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14(c) hereof.
Existing Service Contracts has the meaning given in the recitals.

  • True, complete and correct copies of all Existing Service Contracts and any and all amendments thereto were delivered or made available to Buyer prior to the Effective Date as a part of the Due Diligence Materials.

  • Seller has delivered copies of all existing service contracts or other agreements pertaining to the operation of the Property to Purchaser (those so delivered referred to as the "Existing Service Contracts").
