Existing Subsidiary definition

Existing Subsidiary means any entity wholly-owned (directly or indirectly) by FRI as of the Effective Date of this Bond which FRI has made a good faith effort to identify in the Application or any attachment thereto;
Existing Subsidiary shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture.
Existing Subsidiary means TappIn, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Lender Secured Claims constitute any Claim arising under or relating to the Existing Credit Agreement, Existing Subsidiary Guaranty or any related documents.
