Existing Value definition

Existing Value means the difference between the fair market value of the Partnership and the aggregate Economic Capital Account Balances of outstanding Pre-Existing Units on the date hereof.
Existing Value means the taxable value of the property owner's real and personal property located on the property January 1 of the year of the execution of the contract plus the agreed upon value of real and personal property improvements made after January 1 but before execution of the contract.

  • Closing Value means (a) with respect to an Underlying other than a Multiple Exchange Index, the level of such Underlying as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange or (b) with respect to a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of such Underlying as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor, in each case on the relevant Valuation Date.

The Carrying Value of any property shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Sections 5.5(d)(i) and 5.5(d)(ii) and to reflect changes, additions or other adjustments to the Carrying Value for dispositions and acquisitions of Partnership properties, as deemed appropriate by the General Partner.

  • RI Closing Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, the Settlement Level (as defined in the Equity Linked Conditions) on such ST Valuation Date.
