Exit Agent definition

Exit Agent means Baxterville, as administrative agent under the Exit Credit Agreement and the other Exit Loan Documents, or any successor agent appointed in accordance with the Exit Credit Agreement.
Exit Agent means the administrative agent and collateral agent under the Exit Credit Agreement, which shall be acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors (subject to the parties’ rights and obligations under the RSA).
Exit Agent means the administrative agent and collateral agent under the Exit Facility Credit Agreement.
