The Exit Borrowers may, at their option, enter into and maintain an interest rate swap agreement (the “Hedge Agreement”), which conforms to ISDA standards, enabling the Exit Borrowers to protect themselves against fluctuations in interest rates with respect to a mutually agreed amount of initial and projected outstanding advances under Exit Credit Facility with a final termination date no later than the Exit Maturity Date.
