Lessor hereby approves of the standard Leasehold Mortgage form draft that was forwarded to Lessor's counsel on February 28, 2001 and that is intended to be used in connection with the Tenant Senior Secured Notes and further agrees that it would approve the same form for use in connection with the Exit Financing; provided, however, that such approval shall not constitute an agreement by Lessor to be bound by the terms of any such Leasehold Mortgage.
