Exit Period definition

Exit Period either: (a) the period of twelve (12) Months prior to the date on which this Contract is due to expire; (b) if this Contract is terminated early, the longer of the period from the date of notification of termination to: (i) the effective date of termination; or (ii) twelve (12) Months following the date of notification of termination, or (c) such other period of time agreed between the Parties in the Exit Plan.
Exit Period means the period of at least three months but not more than 12 months, as specified by the Authority, commencing if this Agreement is terminated by the Authority, on the date specified in accordance with this Agreement; or if this Agreement expires in accordance with Clause 2, as extended (as applicable) by the Authority in accordance with Clause 31.

  • The Authority shall be entitled to require the provision of Exit Assistance by notifying the Contractor in writing ("Exit Assistance Notice") at any time (and in any number of such notices) during the Exit Period.


More Definitions of Exit Period

Exit Period means any period of notice to terminate this Agreement which has been given under clause 23 or , where such notice has not been given before twelve (12) months prior to the expiry of the Contract Term (or, if applicable, the Extended Contract Period), the twelve (12) month period prior to the expiry of the Contract Term or Extended Contract Period (as applicable);
