Expected Annual Net Output definition

Expected Annual Net Output means the estimated Net Output for each Contract Year during the Term (in MWh) as determined in accordance with Section I and [Section II]2 of Exhibit A, as the same may be revised pursuant to Section 2.2.2 and Section 2.2.3.
Expected Annual Net Output means the estimated Net Output for each Contract Year during the Term (in MWh) as determined in accordance with Section I [and Section II]2 of Exhibit A, as the same may be revised pursuant to Section 2.2.2 and Section 2.2.3.
