Exploration Contract definition

Exploration Contract means the Contract for Exploration of Hydrocarbons in South Alibek Oil Field located within the limits of blocks XXII-23 A (partially), D (partially), and E (partially) in the territory of the Mugodzhar Region, Aktyubinskaya Oblast, Republic of Kazakhstan, state registration number No. 419 of March 7, 2000 (as amended).
Exploration Contract means the Exploration Contract with respect to the South Alibek Field by and between Caspi Neft and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated April 29, 1999.
Exploration Contract means any contract or licence permitting TOML to Explore for Polymetallic Nodules in the International Seabed Area entered into between TOML and the ISA or granted by the ISA to TOML, and includes the ISA Exploration Contract. Expropriate or Expropriation means to dispossess of ownership, to deprive of property, to deprive of use of property, to deprive of property for the public use, to make an Entity or assets (tangible and intangible) the property of the State (in whole or in part), or a measure or measures having an equivalent effect (directly or indirectly), and includes without limitation:

  • The NORI Exploration Contract was approved by the ISA Council on July 19, 2011, and entered into on July 22, 2011 between NORI and the ISA, and terminates on July 22, 2026, subject to extension.

More Definitions of Exploration Contract

Exploration Contract has the meaning given to it in Recital (B).
Exploration Contract means any contract permitting NORI to Explore for Polymetallic Nodules in the Area entered into between NORI and the ISA or granted by the ISA to NORI, and includes the ISA Exploration Contract.
Exploration Contract means the contract under License ▇▇.▇▇ 1557 (oil) for the exploration of hydrocarbons of Yuzhny Alibek oilfield entered into between the Company and the Investmnet Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • Concession Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 168 and 172, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the ‘concession’). The remuneration shall consist either solely in the right to exploit the works or services or in that right together with payment.
