Export Controls definition

Export Controls. Software available on the Services is further subject to United States Export Controls. No software available on the Services may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or using the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading any Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
Export Controls means all applicable export and re-export control Laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by OFAC and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of State and any applicable anti-boycott compliance regulations.
Export Controls means any laws that control, restrict, or impose licensing requirements on export, re- export, or transfer of goods, software, technology, or services, issued or adopted by a Competent Authority.

  • Since January 1, 2020, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries have maintained in all material respects all records required to be maintained in the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ possession as required under the Import Restrictions and Export Controls.

More Definitions of Export Controls

Export Controls has the meaning set forth in Section 40.3.1.
Export Controls means all applicable export and reexport control Laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by OFAC and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of State and any applicable anti-boycott compliance regulations.
Export Controls means any applicable laws, regulations, and orders related to the regulation of imports, exports, re-exports, transfers, releases, shipments, transmissions, or any other provision or receipt of goods, technology, technical data, software, or services, including the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730-774), the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. § 2778), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. § 120-130), the Tariff Act of 1930 and regulations administered and enforced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and any other laws, regulations, and orders of a similar nature.
Export Controls means any law, regulation, order or restriction that regulates the export, reexport, and/or transfer of goods, software, or technology implemented, administered, enacted or enforced by an Export Controls Authority.
Export Controls means (a) all applicable export and reexport control Laws and regulations imposed, administered, or enforced by the U.S. government, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by OFAC and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of State and any applicable anti-boycott compliance regulations, and (b) all applicable export and reexport control and antiboycott Laws and regulations imposed, administered or enforced by any other country, except to the extent inconsistent with U.S. Law.
Export Controls has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 23(a) of Schedule C;
Export Controls means any prohibition or restriction on the import or export of the Goods imposed by any state, country, supranational or international governmental organization or other governmental authority.
