export date definition

export date means the earlier of the following dates namely —
export date means the date on which the ship carrying the first shipment of iron ore products shipped by the Joint Venturers under this Agreement (other than iron ore shipped solely for testing purposes) sails from the port at which it has been loaded;
export date means the date that the ViaSat-2 Satellite is shipped by the Supplier to the launch site.

Related to export date

  • Export means delivery across the boundaries of this state by or for the seller or purchaser from a place of origin in this state.

  • Export Control Laws means all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including (a) the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, (b) trade and economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and (c) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of State.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.
