Export Pipeline definition

Export Pipeline means any pipeline by which petroleum is discharged from the Unit Area.
Export Pipeline means an export pipeline as defined in Production Sharing Contracts JPDA 03-12 and JPDA 03-13;

  • The provisions of this Article 19.4 shall only apply if there is a Main Export Pipeline.
