Extended Access definition

Extended Access the Permitted Acts set out in clause 8 of these Terms;
Extended Access means any dedicated network or facility supplied by an Other Supplier used to extend the reach of our Circuit.

  • Should Licensor agree to provide an Extended Access License, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue to survive and bind Licensor and Licensee with respect to the Licensed Software, except that Licensor may (i) limit the number of Users, available features, data and content, access rights, downloading and/or exporting capabilities and other permissions and (ii) terminate (at any time) the Extended Access License.

Related to Extended Access

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right of access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Restricted Access Area means a building, room, or other contiguous area on the premises where plant material is grown, cultivated, harvested, stored, packaged, or processed for sale under control of the manufacturer, and where no person under the age of 18 is permitted.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).
