Extended Field definition

Extended Field means the use of the cardiovascular system as a delivery pathway for the treatment or diagnosis of a non-cardiovascular system or environment, excluding injection through or within the skin.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, LICENSEE acknowledges and agrees that LICENSOR retains the right under the Licensed Technology (but excluding the Compound Specific Patents) to make, have made and use the Licensor Bioisosteres and/or Licensed Products for research purposes, to Develop and/or Commercialize the Licensor Bioisosteres and/or Licensed Products outside the Field, and to Develop and/or Commercialize Licensor Extended Field Products in the Licensor Extended Field.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LICENSOR hereby grants to LICENSEE an exclusive (even as against LICENSOR and its Affiliates, except as provided in Sections 2.3 and 3.3), sublicensable (subject to Section 2.2) right and license under the Licensed Technology to Develop and Commercialize Licensed Products (except for any Licensor Extended Field Product) solely for Use within the Field and within the Territory (the “License”).

  • If LICENSEE delivers a Licensee Election Notice then any Indication for which such Licensed Product is Developed or Commercialized shall automatically (without any requirement to amend this Agreement) be included in the Licensee Extended Field with respect to such Licensed Product, subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Corium retains the exclusive right under all Corium Technology to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import products in the Corium Core Field and the Corium Extended Field and to sublicense such rights.

  • If, by the end of the Notification Period, Micrologix receives written notice from Strata that it desires to obtain such a license, then Micrologix and Strata for a period of [***] or such longer period of time as mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing (the “Negotiation Period”) shall negotiate in good faith, on an exclusive basis, a definitive license agreement(s) for an exclusive license to the Extended Field upon such terms and conditions as are mutually agreeable to the Parties.

  • Bioject hereby grants to AngioSense a right of first refusal to obtain an exclusive license, with the right to grant sublicenses, under the Licensed Technology and Bioject's interest in Improvements to develop, make or have made subject to Section 5.5.2, use, distribute, sell and import products in the Extended Field.

  • However, if Alnylam grants a sublicense under the Isis Exclusive Target Patents and/or the Isis Extended Field Patents and the Patents sublicensed thereunder do not include Isis Patent Rights (and do not include Isis Exclusive Target Patents that are also Isis Patent Rights), then no payments are due under this Section 7.5(a).

  • Upon receipt of Bioject's notice of intent to negotiate a license for the Licensed Technology in the Extended Field, the parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms of such license within sixty (60) days.

  • AngioSense hereby grants to Bioject a royalty-bearing, exclusive worldwide license, with the right to sublicense, under such AngioSense Sole Inventions to develop, make, have made, use, import, distribute, and sell products in the Bioject Field but outside the Field and outside the licensed portions of the Extended Field.

Related to Extended Field

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Exclusive Field means the use of Licensed Human Therapeutic Products for in vivo treatment of triple negative breast cancer or multiple myeloma/secondary osteoporosis in humans.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • X-ray field means that area of the intersection of the useful beam and any one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the exposure rate is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.
