If the Extension Conditions are not fully satisfied as of the then-current Maturity Date, then notwithstanding any prior approval by Buyer of Seller’s request to extend the then-current Maturity Date, Seller shall have no right to extend the then-current Maturity Date and any pending request to extend the then-current Maturity Date shall be deemed to be denied.
