If a Class B Purchaser has agreed to extend its Commitment Termination Date, and, at the end of the applicable Election Period no Termination Event shall have occurred, the Commitment Termination Date for such Class B Purchaser then in effect shall be extended to the date which is the Extension Length after its then current Commitment Expiration Date.
