External Audit definition

External Audit means any audit of the licenceholder for the purpose of this Part, Part I of the Companies Act 1982 or any other statutory provision;
External Audit means an official examination and verification of accounts and records performed by an external party to the District, usually an independent CPA firm, for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the accuracy of financial information reported by the District as well as compliance with laws and rules.
