FACE Form definition

FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.
FACE Form means the UNDG’s standard Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form, a copy of which is available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about/partnerships/files/9_Annex_J_FACE.xlsx or at such other URL as UNICEF may from time to time decide.
FACE Form means the form available at UNSDG | Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditures Form, which shall be used to request quarterly cash transfers (advances, reimbursements of expenses incurred, or to request a direct payment to a vendor), to report on expenditures incurred on the Project, and to reconcile outstanding advances and foreign exchange loss or gain during the reporting period.

Examples of FACE Form in a sentence

  • The Partner’s books and records shall clearly show which transactions recorded in its accounting system represent the expenditures reported for each line on the FACE Form.

  • Revision of budget by Partner: The Partner may, without UN Women’s approval but with prior written notice to UN Women, revise the budget by re-allocating funds either within an activity or between activities identified by account codes on the FACE Form, as long as the re-allocation is not (i) exceeding twenty percent (20%) of the total budgeted amount; (ii) negatively impacting the Results; or, (iii) increasing the total budgeted amount.

  • Any requests from the Recipient Agency to the Contributing Agency to make direct payments on its behalf shall be submitted in writing, accompanied by an approved FACE Form following the format attached as Annex to this Agreement and the amounts requested should be in accordance with the approved Budget in Section B.

  • Ensuring submitting properly filled the Funding Authorization and Certificates for Expenditures Form (FACE Form) provided in Attachment 4, to receive a funding tranche, in accordance with the respective Itemized Cost Estimates Form (ICE Form), provided in Attachment 5.
