Facility C Commitment means, as to each Bank, the amount set forth opposite such Bank's name on Schedule 2.01 hereof under the caption "Facility C Commitment," as the same may be reduced under Section 2.05 or 2.07 or as a result of one or more assignments under Section 11.08; provided, that the maximum aggregate Facility C Commitment of all Banks shall not exceed $185,000,000 at any time.

Facility C Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the principal amount set out beside such Lender's name in Schedule V with reference to Facility C, as amended from time to time, and to the extent not cancelled or terminated hereunder.

Facility C Commitment means the several obligations of the Banks to fund their respective portions of the Loans to the Borrower in accordance with the Banks' respective Commitment Ratios in the aggregate amount of up to $100,000,000 pursuant to the terms hereof and as such obligations may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof.

Facility C Commitment means, in relation to a Lender, its Facility C1 Commitment and/or its Facility C2 Commitment and/or its Facility C2 Swiss Commitment, in each case as the context requires.

Facility C Commitment means, as to each Facility C Lender, the obligation of such Lender, if any, to make Facility C Loans and participate in Swing Line Loans and Letters of Credit issued under the Facility C Commitments in an aggregate principal and/or face amount not to exceed the amount set forth under the heading “Facility C Commitment” opposite such Facility C Lender’s name on Schedule 1 or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which such Lender became a party hereto, as the same may be changed from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. The original amount of the Facility C Commitments is $25,000,000.
