Fallback Settlement Method definition

Fallback Settlement Method means, if Auction Settlement is specified as the Settlement Method in the relevant Pricing Supplement, Cash Settlement.
Fallback Settlement Method means Cash Settlement or Physical Settlement, as specified in the Final Terms.
Fallback Settlement Method means, with respect to any Notes for which Auction Settlement is specified as the applicable Settlement Method in the Pricing Supplement, the fallback settlement method specified in the Pricing Supplement.

  • The Valuation Date shall be a Business Day selected by Buyer that is at least five (5) Business Days after the occurrence of an Auction Cancellation Date, a No Auction Announcement Date or such other date as referred to in Section 6.1 of the Credit Derivatives Definitions (as the case may be) upon which it is determined that the Fallback Settlement Method shall apply.
