Fee Application definition

Fee Application means an application filed with the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules for payment of a Professional Claim.
Fee Application means an application for allowance and payment of a Fee Claim (including Claims forsubstantial contributionpursuant to section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code).
Fee Application means any motion for an award of attorneys’ fees, Litigation Costs and Expenses, and Service Award Payments.

More Definitions of Fee Application

Fee Application means an application of a Professional Person under section 330 or 503 of the Bankruptcy Code for allowance of compensation and reimbursement of expenses in the Chapter 11 Case.
