To reduce any actual or perceived coercion and build community trust, during a Field Interview, MPD will require that officers inform the individual the officer is questioning that the individual does not have to respond to questions and is free to leave.
This section does not preclude the civilian employee from completing Field Interview Cards, issuing administrative citations for violations of the Municipal Code, or issuing parking citations.

The Field Interview Card shall be filled out completely and submitted via Enforcer report.
It is the responsibility of law enforcement to provide accurate and complete Consent Forms and Field Interview Forms for each completed diversion referral.

If Debtor fails, after 10 days notice from Secured Party, to discharge taxes, liens, security interests or other encumbrances at any time levied or placed on the Collateral (subject to the contest rights in the preceding sentence) or to pay for the maintenance, insurance and preservation of the Collateral or to otherwise effect compliance with the terms of this Agreement or any of the other Debt Documents, Secured Party may do so at its option.
