Files definition

Files means the records, memoranda, opinions, minutes, and similar written materials that were formerly in the physical dominion of a board abolished by this act and the records, memoranda, opinions, minutes, and similar written materials of a board created under this act.
Files means all performance reviews, any other files related to job performance, administrative files, grievances, previous personnel applications, personnel-related claims, disciplinary actions, and all complaints, early warnings, and commendations, but does not include nonperformance or conduct-related data, including medical files, schedules, pay and benefit information, or similar administrative data or information.
Files means any documents, instruments, contracts, written agreements, memorandum, books, publications, records, cards, correspondence, photos, images, computer data and any other data related to Broker's real estate business. The term "files" includes Associates prospect lists and marketing materials of any kind.

Examples of Files in a sentence

  • If the Servicer resigns under Section 7.1 or is terminated under Section 7.2, the Servicer's appointment as custodian under this Agreement may be terminated in the same manner as the Servicer may be terminated under Section 7.2. As soon as practicable after any termination of its appointment as custodian, the Custodian will deliver the Receivable Files to the Indenture Trustee or its designee or successor custodian at a place designated by the Indenture Trustee.

  • The Custodian will maintain the Receivable Files (or access to any Receivable Files stored in an electronic format) at one of its offices or the offices of one of its custodians in the United States.

  • The Custodian will give the Servicer access to the Receivable Files and, on request of the Servicer, the Custodian will promptly release any document in the Receivable Files to the Servicer for purposes of servicing the Receivables.

More Definitions of Files

Files shall have the meaning given that term in Section 2.02(i).
Files means those files maintained by the Clerk of the Disciplinary System, and office of Bar Counsel with respect to each Complaint.

Files. An employee shall be provided a copy of all adverse written materials prior to or at the time they are placed in his/her personnel file maintained at the Personnel Commission. 5.1 The employee shall have the right to sign or initial any such adverse material and prepare a written response which shall be attached to the material. Upon reasonable prior notice, an employee shall have the right to inspect his/her personnel file during the normal office hours of the Personnel Commission without loss of pay. The employee's Union representative shall have the right, with the written consent of the employee, to inspect his/her personnel file. Employees will not be charged for the first five (5) pages of materials in the personnel file which they request. An employee shall also be entitled to a copy of any document the employee is requested to sign.
