Following the Final Approval Date, Purchaser shall also be entitled to provide solely at its own expense such other notices or communications to Customers relating to the transactions contemplated hereby as may be required by law; provided that the text of any such notice or communication and the timing of such notice or communication which is provided prior to the Closing shall be approved in advance by Seller, which approval shall not unreasonably be withheld or delayed.
