Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

Final Collection Date means the date following the termination of this Agreement on which the Administrative Agent and each Buyer, as applicable, has received (i) all Collections owing on the Purchased Receivables and (ii) all payments, if any, required to be paid by the Seller or Servicer under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, including with respect to Repurchase Events and Indemnified Amounts.

This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the Final Collection Date.

Final Collection Date means the date as of which (i) the Net Investment shall have been reduced to zero, (ii) all Letters of Credit issued in connection with this Agreement shall have been surrendered for cancellation, expired or otherwise ceased, to the satisfaction of the Agent, to be outstanding and available for drawing, (iii) all Reimbursement Obligations shall have been repaid in full in cash, (iv) all accrued Discount, L/C Fees, RO Interest and Servicing Fees shall have been paid in full in cash and (v) all other Aggregate Unpaids shall have been paid in full in cash.

Final Collection Date means the later to occur of the Final Collection Date (Revolving Loans) and Final Collection Date (Term Loans).
