Final Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Disbursement Agreement.

Final Completion Date means the date of Final Completion, as set forth in the Project Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit F, as such date may be postponed due to Unavoidable Delays as provided in this Lease.
