Final Data definition

Final Data means the data in all formats (Excel, CSV, Word and API) accessible to Customer via the Linkfluence Platform. “Linkfluence Search”, “Linkfluence Tribes” and “Radarly” collectively referred to as the “Linkfluence Platform”. “Media Engagement” means any public content posted by a third- party and displayed on social media or any other source. “Raw Data” means the content and data collected directly by the Linkfluence Platform from third-party sources, such as but not limited to social media outlets. (Calculated Data, Customer Data, Final Data and Raw Data collectively referred to as the “Data”). “Queries” means the number of requests placed by Customer via the Linkfluence Platform in the form of keywords designed to help organize the gathering and analysis of Media Engagement collected from social media. “Services” means access to the online, Web-based application provided by Linkfluence on a Subscription basis, including but not limited to the Linkfluence Platform; and the Professional Services that are ordered by Customer. “User” means an individual who is authorized by Customer to use the Services on behalf of the Customer, including but not limited to employees, consultants, contractors, and agents of Customer.

Examples of Final Data in a sentence

  • You must report a Skills First Student’s withdrawal from a program or subject in accordance with the requirements in the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines, by the earlier of: two months after the date of withdrawal; or the Final Data Submission Date.

  • We may recover any Funds paid for any relevant subject where no valid final ‘Outcome identifier – National’ is reported after the Activity End Date, by the earlier of: 90 days after the Activity End Date; or the Final Data Submission Date.

  • We are not liable to pay any Funds for a subject under these circumstances after the Final Data Submission Date.

  • You must ensure that all required data is included and correct in the final Student Statistical Report for each calendar year into which the Term extends and submit it to us via SVTS by no later than (whichever is the earlier date): 5pm on the Final Data Submission Date; or one month after the expiry of the Term or termination of this Contract.

  • This coding will be constantly reviewed, and quality assured and may therefore be subject to change prior to the Graduate Outcomes Final Data Delivery.

  • This means that Graduate Outcomes Dashboard Data, Graduate Outcomes Results and the Graduate Outcomes Final Data Delivery should not be shared with any third parties until the publication of the relevant Open Data and Official Statistics and access to the Graduate Outcomes Results should be restricted within the Provider.

  • From and after the Closing Data Cut-Off Date until the Final Data Cut-Off Date, the Insurer will, in accordance with the Insurer’s standard verification practices and procedures, review the Social Security Master Death file and the Lexis Nexis Accurint tool to attempt to determine if any Covered Lives or Contingent Lives were deceased prior to [ * * * ].

  • MiFID II/MiFIR Data Draft Files become MiFID II/MiFIR Final Data Files which are reported towards regulatory authorities either by Reporting Participant’s amendments within a predefined timeframe or without amendment after the predefined timeframe has expired.

  • On the day that is 98 Business Days after the Closing, the Insurer will deliver to the Company an updated data file in a form consistent with the Base File which new file will include all corrections to the data in the Interim Post-Closing Data File, including but not limited to [ * * * ], identified by the Insurer as of the Final Data Cut-Off Date and reflecting any other changes agreed between the Insurer and the Company (the “Final Data File”).

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;
