Final Termination Date definition
Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.
Final Termination Date means the date that is the later of (i) the Insurer Termination Date and (ii) the Trustee Termination Date.

Except for provisions which by their terms survive termination of this Agreement or another Transaction Document, the liability of the Performance Guarantor under this Performance Guaranty with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations is subject to termination on the Final Termination Date.

Final Termination Date means, at any time, the latest occurring Termination Date in effect at such time.
