Final Value definition
Final Value per Unit means the value specified in the Term Sheet as the "Final Value" and is calculated in accordance with the formula in the Term Sheet;
Final Value means the final value per Performance Unit as calculated in accordance with this Schedule I as provided below.

Examples of Final Value in a sentence
If the General Partner has received on account of its Carried Interest an amount of such securities that exceeds the amount it would have received had the Final Value been the value of such securities at the time of distribution, the General Partner shall return to the Partnership such excess securities and/or any net cash proceeds with respect thereto.
More Definitions of Final Value
Final Value means the value of an Award determined in accordance with Sections 5 and 6 as the basis for payments to Participants at the end of a Plan Year.
Final Value or "FV" means, subject to Term 3 (Best of/Worst of Provisions), in respect of a Basket of Shares, the weighted average of the Final Share Prices of the Shares constituting the Basket, as determined by the Calculation Agent;
Final Value per Unit means, in respect of a Series, the value specified in the Term Sheet for that Series as the “Final Value” and is calculated in accordance with the formula in the Term Sheet for that Series;
Final Value means the closing price of a Share on the End Date, multiplied by the number of Shares otherwise issuable on lapse of the restrictions applicable to the PSUs (assuming for such purpose that the immediately preceding sentence did not apply). “Maximum Value” means the closing price of a Share on the Grant Date multiplied by the Target PSUs, multiplied by 5.
Final Value per Unit means, in respect of a Series, the value calculated as follows, as determined by the Issuer:
Final Value means, in respect of the ST Valuation Date and in respect of [each][the] Reference Item (k[=[specify]] to (k[=[specify]])], the [RI Value][Best Value][Worst Value][Basket Value][Ranked Value].
