First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes means the 8¼% First Priority Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2015, issued by the Company, via B▇▇▇▇ Plastics Escrow LLC and B▇▇▇▇ Plastics Escrow Corporation, pursuant to the First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes Indenture and any notes issued in exchange for, and as contemplated by, the First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes and the related registration rights agreement with substantially identical terms as the First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes.
First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes means the 8 1⁄4% First Priority Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2015, issued by the Company, via Berry Plastics Escrow LLC and Berry Plastics Escrow Corporation, pursuant to the First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes Indenture and any notes issued in exchange for, and as contemplated by, the First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes and the related registration rights agreement with substantially identical terms as the First Priority Fixed Rate 2015 Notes.
