Fix Time definition

Fix Time means maximum amount of time to be taken by the Supplier to provide the fault correction as set out in the relevant Order;
Fix Time means the estimated time between notification by Redinet to the Customer that it has received notice of a Requirement and resolution or completion of such Requirement (including provision of a Workaround);
Fix Time is the total elapsed time from the point where the problem is reported by the Merchant to Curlec by e-mail or otherwise to the point where the (reported problem gets fixed). The Target Response Times and Fix Times are as captured below.

Fix Time the applicable fix times as set out in the SLA.
