Examples of Fixed Amount Requested in a sentence

  • If the VWAP on any Trading Day in a Pricing Period is lower than the Threshold Price, then for each such Trading Day the Fixed Amount Requested shall be reduced, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, by an amount equal to the product of (x) the Multiplier and (y) the total Fixed Amount Requested, and no Shares shall be purchased or sold with respect to such Trading Day, except as provided below.

  • The Fixed Request Notice shall specify the Fixed Amount Requested, establish the Threshold Price for such Fixed Request, designate the first Trading Day of the Pricing Period and specify the Optional Amount, if any, that the Company elects to grant to the Investor during the Pricing Period and the applicable Threshold Price for such Optional Amount (the “Optional Amount Threshold Price”).

  • Fixed Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.10(c).
