Fixed Asset Financing definition

Fixed Asset Financing means the acquisition by the Borrower of one or more fixed assets in an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,500,000, which financing (a) shall amortize over time and not be subject to being re-borrowed and (b) may be secured by the fixed assets so acquired.
Fixed Asset Financing means Indebtedness that is secured by ground-based equipment and other tangible assets of the Company or a sale and leaseback transaction with respect to such assets, in which case the Attributable Debt shall be treated as Indebtedness for purposes of this definition.
