Fixed Base Operation definition

Fixed Base Operation. (“FBO”) means any person, business entity, or agent thereof, licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington for the purpose of providing any or all of the commercial aeronautical activities enumerated below.
Fixed Base Operation means any area so designated on the Airpark, for sale of fuel and rental or sale of hangars and tie down spaces which may or may not incorporate an Operator as defined in 1.19. Tract C, Stellar Air, is one example of a Fixed Base Operation.

Examples of Fixed Base Operation in a sentence

  • Upon or after the occurrence of any particular Event of Default (and any time periods for notice have run), and the failure to cure such Events of Default as provided herein, Board may terminate all of the Operator's rights under this Agreement and such termination shall have the effect of terminating the Operator's interest in the Leased Premises as well as the Operator's rights to operate the Fixed Base Operation on the Leased Premises.

Related to Fixed Base Operation

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.

  • Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, including timber, for sale or home use, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity to be capable of contributing materially to the operator's support.

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • Gross Operating Profit For any Fiscal Year, the excess of Gross Revenues for such Fiscal Year over Gross Operating Expenses for such Fiscal Year.
