Fixed Conversion Rates definition
Fixed Conversion Rates means the Maximum Conversion Rate and the Minimum Conversion Rate.
Fixed Conversion Rates means, collectively, the Maximum Conversion Rate and the Minimum Conversion Rate. “Floor Price” shall have the meaning set forth in Section (D) 4(d).
